Raw Material Selection
The best wool is sourced and processed.
Carding, Spinning & Hanks
Raw wool is cleaned and then spun into yarn.
Dyeing
The wool is dyed to over 1200 colors. The dyes used in the production of carpets are eco-friendly and safe for humans.
Design Studio
Every carpet is exclusively designed in the studio.
Weaving
Artisans weave the carpets from a provided carpet map.
Washing
Carpets are washed to bring out the natural sheen in the yarns used and dislodge any dirt from the finished weaved carpet.
Drying
The process of drying the carpets.
Clipping
The handmade carpets are clipped in our company.
Finishing
Finishing is the final step in the manufacturing process that gives the carpets the desirable characteristics, including enhanced appearance and perfection. This is one of the hardest process, and the most important one, because it includes the cleaning of uneven threads, after which a final check is done, giving it a clean, luxurious and even look, so that the life of the carpet is not decreased, giving a wow factor to the carpet. The completed carpets are evened out, trimmed and prepared for export.
Packing
Post the quality conformance, the carpets are packed with the moisture resilient wrapping material with appropriate safety. The packing of the carpets is done in three layers to ensure the carpets do not get damaged while being transported to the prospective buyers.
Showroom
The finished rug is ready to be purchased by the customers to transform living spaces.
